Return & Exchange Policy

At The Gee Haus, we take pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail behind every piece we create.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged
• The item received is defective
• The incorrect item was delivered

To be eligible:

• Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
• Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging

• Return shipping fees may apply unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Customized, engraved, and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
